All orders placed with Chi Keung Limited are processed with efficiency and care. Shipping timelines and costs are clearly displayed at checkout before an order is finalized.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays. Once an order has been processed, a confirmation email containing tracking information is sent to the customer.

Domestic Shipping
Standard domestic shipping typically requires 3 to 7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the package and the destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
Chi Keung Limited offers international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times for international orders range from 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Chi Keung Limited does not have control over these charges and cannot predict the specific amount.

Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking information becomes available within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Chi Keung Limited due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.


Returns Policy

Chi Keung Limited is committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, the following return policy applies strictly to all products, including bed linen sets, tablecloths, and placemats.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Conditions for Return
Returned items must be in original condition. Bed linen sets, tablecloths, and placemats must be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage. All original tags and packaging must remain intact and attached. Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund. Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Chi Keung Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must select a shipping carrier and pay the freight charges directly. It is recommended that the customer use a trackable shipping method, as Chi Keung Limited is not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.

Return Process

  1. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. The request must include the order number and the item name.

  2. A customer service representative will provide the Return Merchandise Authorization number and confirm the return address.

  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable carton. Include the Return Merchandise Authorization number inside the package.

  4. Ship the return package to the address provided. The customer must retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

  5. Once the return package is received at the facility, Chi Keung Limited will inspect the items to verify they meet the conditions for return. Inspection is completed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 business days following the approval of the returned items. The total refund period from the date the return is shipped to the date the refund is issued is a minimum of 14 days. This timeline accounts for transit time, inspection, and processing.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount includes the full purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PayPal Refund Policy
For orders paid via PayPal, the refund processing period adheres to PayPal’s standard transaction timelines. The minimum processing time for PayPal refunds is 14 days from the date the return is approved. Certain regional regulations require that PayPal refunds be processed within 30 days. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives with damaged items or if the incorrect item was shipped, the customer must notify Chi Keung Limited within 7 days of delivery.
